Katie Campbell-Elsdon*

Katie Campbell is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and families through times of transition and change. She is the Owner and Clinical Director of Heartwood Family Wellness, where her work is rooted in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and child-centred practice. She specializes in supporting emotional regulation, strengthening secure relationships, and fostering healthy communication within families.

Within the collaborative family law process, Katie brings a compassionate, developmentally informed perspective to ensure that children’s voices, needs, and stages of growth are meaningfully considered. She is committed to creating emotionally safe spaces where families can move forward with clarity, intention, and care.
