Michelle Kinney focusses her law practice, Michelle Kinney Law, on family law, fertility law and dispute resolution. Michelle is one of the architects of the BC Family Law Act. She is called to the Bar in BC (2007) and Nunavut (2020). Michelle is certified as a family law mediator, arbitrator and collaborative lawyer. Michelle has taught Family Law at UVic and UBC and regularly contributes to education and law reform initiatives respecting family law.
