Collaborative professionals are redefining how families navigate conflict, using respectful, interest-based negotiation and a supportive, interdisciplinary team approach. Move away from the adversarial system and toward a process that prioritizes dignity, understanding, and lasting solutions.

Member Benefits

Collaboration thrives on connection; it’s not something you can do alone. Membership gives you access to a community of like-minded professionals in Victoria and Southern Vancouver Island who share ideas, support one another, and continue to grow together through meetings, training, and social events.

Teamwork

Participate in your local practice group and build meaningful relationships with other collaborative professionals. Through shared learning, case discussions, and networking, you’ll strengthen both your skills and your professional community.

Get Support

You don’t have to navigate your collaborative practice on your own. Mentors and colleagues are available to offer guidance—whether you’re managing a specific challenge or simply looking for advice as you grow.

Keep Learning

After completing your foundational training, you’ll have access to a wide range of continuing education opportunities. Our annual conference features engaging workshops, dynamic speakers, and practical learning designed to deepen your collaborative expertise.

What's Required
